Criminal Background Checks

Polygraph Institution can provide clients with criminal record checks either by identity number and/or fingerprints.

For fingerprint testing the Polygraph Institution is linked with IDECO who is the service provider on behalf of SAPS. The IDECO AFI-Switch system interfaces with the South African Police Service Automated Fingerprint System (SAPS AFIS). Please note all candidates should be informed that such checks will be conducted and the completion of a Consent Form is required. A minimum of 20 individual criminal background checks is required per booking.
